POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH - Biophysical oceanography studies at CMRC (Caribbean Marine Research Center) in Lee Stocking Island (Bahamas) - in collaboration with Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution and Florida Tech University.
Founded in 1984 by the Perry Institute for Marine Science, Inc., CMRC was designated as one of six National Undersea Research Centers under the auspices of NOAA - and was one of the most productive marine laboratories in the world until its closing in 2012.
RESEARCH STUDIES:
• Biodiversity, early life history and recruitment studies of tropical larval and juvenile fish in the Exuma Islands, Bahamas. Caribbean Marine Research Center in 02/1993 - at Lee Stocking Island, Exumas, Bahamas.
• Evaluation of larval fish supply to essential nursery habitats (ENH) around Lee Stocking Island, Bahamas.
• Onshore transport of settlement-stage reef fishes in Exuma Sound, Bahamas.
